fair guidelines:

Pencil drawings/sketches may be no larger than 16”x20” & no smaller than
5”x7”
-
Water color may be no larger than 16”x20” & no smaller than 5”x7”
-
Sculpture/ceramics can be made of clay, PlayDoh, Sculpey, metal, etc. You
decide!

Paintings may be no larger than 16”x20” & no smaller than 5”x7” – no paint
by numbers
-
Photography (both color and black and white) must be 8”x10” framed
-
Jewelry Making – you may submit 1 piece, or a set of 2 matching pieces
-
Chalk/charcoal drawings may be no larger than 16”x20” & no smaller than
5”x7”
-
Dioramas should be done in a box no larger than 15”…shoebox size is
preferred
-
Wood working – pretty much anything is fine, just no large furniture pieces
please
Drawings, painting and water colors should be matted and framed if possible.
Photographs MUST be framed.
All
pieces must be submitted with an entry form. The entry forms must be
handed in to Kim Pasquini by April 15th, and the art project must be
completed and handed in by April 25th…no exceptions! All pieces will
be judged by artists, and awards will be given out at the art fair where pieces
will be set out for display!
IMPORTANT: All artwork must be completed by the child – no parental help except
with framing or matting!
REMINDER: $10. participation fee per family is due with entry form to defray
costs for the fair.
